10.4 对 Android 字型支持了 *.otf, *ttf

刚看到Aone在群里说：刚试 10.4 对 Android 字型支持了 *.otf, *ttf ，但少了 *.ttc （可改源码，实测可用 ttc),源码里是使用 TPath.GetDocumentsPath 把字型打包在这里就可以
