if you can change the registry then close all BO windows, open the registry editor and find this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 6.0\default\BusinessObjects\BusObj General Preferences\busobj\Options\Addin\OlapConnect

Here is a key called Installed and has a value 1. Change it to 0. 

Then do the same with WebConnect here:

Close the registry editor and open BO. Now the add-ins should not available in the Tools -> Add-ins
