我安装Microsoft SQLServer 2000时出现问题

提问时间2006-8-31 19:54 问题为何被关闭安装时，弹出一个窗口，提示“a previous program installation created pending file operation on the installation machine.you must restart the computer before running setup”.点击确定后，就只能取消安装了，不能进行“下一步”了。请教是怎么回事，如何在XP sp2上安装Microsoft SQLServer 2000？谢谢。
