webstorm

更新下载node_modules之后，webstorm scanning files to index 很长时间，而且cpu很高

解决办法：
右击 node_modules文件夹，选择 Mark Directory as->Excluded
将node_modules exclude出去
也就是让webstorm不加载这个文件夹
