What is the granularity of allocating processor resources when configuring partitions? For dedicated processor partitions, allocations are made in units of 1. For partitions using the shared processor pool, allocations are made in units of 0.01, with a minimum allocation of 0.1 processing units.

The rule is that you cannot have more than 10 virtual processors to 1.0 processing units. This error might occur if you had 10 virtual processors, and dynamically reduced the processing units from 1.0 to 0.9.
