快速办法：系统管理器>收件人>脱机地址列表>默认脱机地址列表,右键重建一下就可以了,你也可以在属性里顺便设置下列表的更新时间.
当以 Exchange 缓存模式 (Cached Exchange Mode) 使用 Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 时，Outlook 2003 将使用脱机通讯簿验证和解析电子邮件收件人的姓名。但是，如果电子邮件中使用的是模糊名称或电子邮件别名，Outlook 2003 将无法解析模糊名称或电子邮件别名。
cached mode uses the Offline Address book by default. Exchange only rebuilds the OAB once per day, which is why unless you manually force a rebuild on the server, you don't always have the most up-to-date info in Outlook. IF you want to, you can force Outlook 2003 cached mode to use the Online address book, but the downside is that any time you need to look up information, you do a directory query.
