RTT之AT命令组件

包含客户端和服务器：用于GPRS和3G的通讯命令格式。四种基本功能

测试功能：AT+<x>=? 用于查询命令参数格式及取值范围；
查询功能：AT+<x>? 用于返回命令参数当前值；
设置功能：AT+<x>=... 用于用户自定义参数值；
执行功能：AT+<x> 用于执行相关操作。

自定义AT命令的添加

客户端和服务器的配置：

上面配置选项可以直接在 rtconfig.h 文件中添加使用，也可以通过组件包管理工具 ENV 配置选项加入，ENV 中具体路径如下：

添加配置完成之后可以使用命令行重新生成工程，或使用 scons 来进行编译生成

URC数据：先定义结构体，然后定义结构体数组，最后初始化。单客户端和多客户端
