微信小程序订阅消息中文乱码解决

背景：

因为项目的需要，用上了微信小程序的订阅消息，一切还算顺利，基本上没有花多少时间就搞定了。

但是一个问题来了，就是中文一直是乱码，哈哈，试了几种方式都不行。

解决：

其实就是一个utf-8的编码问题，但是这个写的地方很讲究。

            OutputStreamWriter outWriter = new OutputStreamWriter(conn.getOutputStream(), "utf-8");
            out = new PrintWriter(outWriter);
            // 发送请求参数
            out.print(param);
            // flush输出流的缓冲
            out.flush();

这样修改以后，就可以解决了。
