ImportError: cannot import name 'PILLOW_VERSION'

解决方法：

卸载原来的pillow:　　pip uninstall pillow

重新安装5.2.0版本的：　　pip install pillow==5.2.0

原因：在 7.0.0 后的版本就没有 PILLOW_VERSION 这个值了
