未找到与约束contractname Microsoft.VisualStudio.Utilities.IContentTypeRegistryService

今天用VS2013的时候 安装了Git等等软件，然后又卸载了，然后再打开解决方案，就报上面的错误了，到网上查了解决方案如下：

删除 C:UsersChenAppDataLocalMicrosoftVisualStudio11.0 文件夹下 Microsoft.VisualStudio.Default.cache 当然这不是VS2013，找到自己打开的那个删除就可以了
