找到C:UsersAppDataLocalMicrosoftVisualStudio12.0ComponentModelCache ，删除该路径下的所有文件

另该问题解决后，如果显示

visual studio cannot debug because the target 'F:console1debugconsole1.exe' is missing 或者  have not been specified , 可能是因为 可视化工作室无法调试，因为目标文件'F:console1debugconsole1.exe'已丢失或者其他.exe已经丢失。

这是，做好换一个副本。
