CentOS下安装dotnet tools工具报错

在公司服务器上尝试安装.net core的性能分析工具 dotnet-counters失败

谷歌了各种姿势以后最终解决方式如下

原因是因为公司内网服务器有手动安装过OpenSSL(具体原因未知，感觉是缺少相关证书)

cp /etc/pki/tls/cert.pem /usr/local/openssl/ssl/
