ALM11 OTA API接口的问题

ALM11 在安装的时候好像不会自动加载OTA接口。

正常情况下， OTA的接口文件的路径为：

C:Program FilesCommon FilesMercury InteractiveQuality CenterOTAClient.dll

而ALM11 需要手工注册这个接口，解决方法为：

Open http://host:port/qcbin/CommonMode_index.html 

and click on Register HP ALM Client button to register.
