string path = @"c:请假统计表.xlsx";
Workbook workBook = new Workbook();
workBook.Open(path);

Aspose.Cells;  版本是 4.4.0.5  最新版本好像没上面问题

执行上面语句报错：This file's format is not supported or you don't specify a correct format

错误原因  excel  版本问题 ，把excel  改为2003 excel  就可以啦
