First, purchase a presentation folder (twin-pocket portfolio folder).
Place in the folder a copy of your resume, certificates, reference, samples of your work.
Be prepared to leave the folder with the employer

You should also purchase a small notebook to take notes during the interview.

Prepare a “three-minute” self-introduction including your

Body Language
No cell phone or parents
No visible tattoos or body piercings visible.
Make sure you are freshly showered/bathed & wear deodorant .
No wrinkles, stains, rips or holes in clothing.
Make sure clothing is clean, and tag & tacking stitch-free.
No heavy cologne or perfume.
Make sure your breath is fresh (no gum or mints).
No backpacks or loose papers- use a portfolio.
No brightly or oddly colored hair (orange, green, blue, pink/red, etc.)
Do not smoke for a few days before (make sure your clothes are smoke free).
No theme-based clothes.
Hair should be clean and neat. No facial hair.
Clothing should fit well and be comfortable.
Clean, manicured fingernails. 
Keep your pockets free of tinkling coins or keys. 
No gum, candy or cigarettes.
Wear minimal or no jewelry other than wedding ring and dress watch.
No: Hats ~ Sunglasses ~ Ripped Clothing ~ Suggestive Clothing
Smile, make direct eye contact and have a firm handshake.   


Wait to be asked to be seated.
Don’t look down.
Look straight. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. (very important)
Don’t fold your arms.
Don’t cross your legs.

Sit up straight in the chair. Lean forward in your chair.
Don’t lean back in your chair.
Keep your hands still.
Don’t open your mouth until you’re ready to say something

Don’t put your bag on the desk.
Don’t start a topic. Normally interviewers will decide what topics to talk about.
Don’t interrupt or argue with interviewer.
Don’t complain or criticize previous employers.
Don’t make suggestions unless you’re asked to.

Go to the restroom and make yourself presentable
