IfcSharedFacilitiesElements (共享设施元素)

ifcsharedfacilitiesements定义设施管理（FM）域中的基本概念。此模式以及ifcprocesssextension和ifcsharedgmtelements提供了一组模型，这些模型可供需要共享设施管理相关问题信息的应用程序使用。

ifcsharedfacilities元素模式支持以下想法：

①家具。

②将系统家具的元素分组为单个家具项。

③资产识别。

④物品清单（包括单独清单内的资产、家具和空间物品）。

在IfcProductExtension模式中，IfcElement实体被分解为许多子类型。其中之一是IfcFurniture中的IfcFurnishingElement实体，并派生了IfcSystemFurnitureElement实体。

图显示了一个家具对象（IfcFurniture实体的实例，它本身被视为一个独立的家具项（例如桌子或椅子）。

图示出了一个系统家具元素对象（IfcSystemFurnitureElement实体的实例），它是一个可识别的项（例如谦虚面板、侧面板或桌面），参与了一个离散家具项的组装。

每个IfcFurniture对象和每个IfcSystemFurnitureElement对象都是特定类型的。它可以是独立家具的椅子、桌子、桌子等，也可以是系统家具的面板、侧板、桌面等。类型的说明留给提供信息的应用程序的用户。但是，对于应用程序，有许多可以指定给家具对象的家具类型的预定义特性集。其他属性集可以根据需要定义。

IfcAsset允许对对象进行分组，以形成具有可识别财务价值和/或进行特定设施管理操作的单元，如图268所示。

每个资产都带有唯一的标识符、成本、所有权、位置和所需的其他信息。

IfcInventory提供特定类型的对象列表，其中包含的对象类型由IfcInventoryEnum标识。

每个清单都有一个或多个负责人和一个组织管辖区（在涉及多个职能小组或组织的设施管理情况下，这一点很有价值）。
