IfcConstructionMgmtDomain (施工管理领域)
IfcConstructionMgmtDomain模式定义构造管理域中的资源概念。它与ifcprocesssextension和ifcsharedgmtelement模式一起提供了一组模型，可用于在构建管理应用程序之间交换信息。
IfcConstructionMgmtDomain架构扩展了适用于构造的资源和资源类型。IfcConstructionMgmtDomain模式的目标是捕获支持特定业务流程和资源需求的信息，这些信息完全在施工经理感兴趣的领域内。其目的是为计算机辅助管理应用程序中的信息交换和共享提供支持。
以下是此架构的范围：
①施工过程中使用的资源，包括材料、劳动力、设备、产品、人员和分包资源；
②从已执行的过程中产生的产品的标识，这些过程在未来的过程中用作资源。
③资源生产率计算，以确定工作、使用情况以及任务的最终持续时间。
④资源时间信息，以支持分配和调配。
⑤支持挣值计算的资源成本信息。
⑥支持成本计划内衍生成本的资源量。
⑦分时间段的数据，显示特定时间段的计划和实际工作、使用和成本。
⑧描述可应用于资源事件的共享生产率和成本率的资源类型定义。
资源是使用任何可用性有限的物理或虚拟实体。一种资源可以由有形的物体来实现，例如特定的人或设备，但是一种资源并不代表这种物体，而是这种物体的一种特殊用途，例如劳动。施工资源扩展了资源的概念，包括工程量、成本、进度和施工过程中使用的其他影响。
施工管理活动可以在一个完整的产品（整体）、产品的一部分或作为单一产品实体（复杂）的一组产品上进行。通过使用IfcRelDecomposes关系类的聚合或嵌套子类型，可以实现能够识别部分、整体和复合物的产品组合结构。
