文件上传使用基于tempfile 库

文件上传要经历两个过程：

1、上传文件传到opennebule sunstone-server的临时目录，临时目录配置文件时/etc/one/sunstone-server.conf

2、上传完成后，one_datastore.rb 会定时检测/var/tmp目录下的文件，然后拷贝到/var/lib/datastore相应的目录下。
