补丁情况：未更新任何补丁
现象数据库突然宕机，启动之后过一段时间还是会出现一下情况

结合报错信息，查看mos，发现1466343.1情况符合，根据提示单个SQL的绑定变量超过65535就会触发这个bug，版本10.2.0.5 to 12.1.0.1在这个之内都会有这个问题。
联系应用，确定是否存在此类情况，应用在昨晚进行升级之后，今天执行的plsql中指定多条update语句，绑定变量总和7w多，超过阀值65535触发bug。

1.打补丁
打完补丁之后，修复了实例被终止的问题，绑定变量仍然不能超过65535
2.通知应用对问题plsql进行拆分
