解压需要用到的软件下载地址：https://www.7-zip.org/

文件的下载

https://filezilla-project.org/

安装

服务端安装这个软件：FileZilla_Server-0_9_60_2
客户端安装这个软件：FileZilla_3.53.0_win64_sponsored-setup

服务端安装完成后，
改一下绑定的端口，配置一下组和用户，
然后在防火墙里面把 FileZilla Server Interface 和 FileZilla Server 都加进去即可
