dispatch无法使用，‘call’undefined

注册Component时，app无效，导致组件注册失败，无法正常获取dispatch。

【具体原因有待查证】

同时app无效时，注册model也会失败（理所当然）。

【注意此时报的异常是：model is not a vaild Function。】
