头一次遇到，属于哪方面的理论？是《矩阵理论》吗，有没有这方面的教材

设A =[a_ij]_mxn和B=[b_ij] _mxn为同阶矩阵，则A和B的Hadamard被定义为A oB：

                  AoB= [a_ijb_ij]_mxn

A oB称为A和B的Hadamard积，也称为Schur积
