新建一个文件夹，在该文件夹路径下打开终端
1、>vue init webpack test //test 是新建的项目名称，自己定义
2、

3、之后等待一段时间后，切换到 新项目文件夹下：cd test
4、然后：npm install
5、 安装完毕：npm run dev
