sztc开发中http请求一直发送后无响应，通过soapui定位异常信息为连接拒绝：

org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to http://xxxxx refused

解决办法：

查看web.xml中是否配置此项认证，如果配置，则开发时先关闭。
