sk=socket.socket()//其中的两个参数family:AF_INET()  IPV4   AF_INET(6)  IPV

                                                                             AF_UNIX  是UNIX系统下的协议

                                         type:SOCK_STREAM  tcp协议     SOCK_DGRAM udp协议

sk.bind(addr)//绑定端口和IP地址

sk.listen( number)//可以等待的数量

sk.accept()//等待client连接并返回client对象,和client的地址

sk.sendall()        sk.recv(大小)  

sk.setblocking(bool )//设置是否堵塞(默认True)当设为False如果accept()或recv一旦无数据则报错

sk.close()
