Situation：解放物流门项目需要大量增加物流门个数。
Task：我们当前的技术架构无法支撑这个需求，需要改进优化技术架构。
Action：
我首先制定了一个优化架构的计划。（确定框架，技术调研，代码修改，项目部署，运维监控）
其中我承担了框架的技术调研部分，小组内部的其他成员承担了其他的工作
在这期间，作为组长，我会跟踪任务进度，并协助组员解决遇到的问题。
Result：
项目成功升级技术架构，并且运行平稳。
英文描述
The transportaion project need to be expanded to about 100 doors. But,our tecnical framework couldn't work well in that situation.
We need to focus on the new framework that would work well on the situation of 100 doors. So,upgrading the framework was of importance. That was our goal.
To achieve the goal,
Firstly, I created a plan which includeed the actions we need to take.
And then I gathered all the members of my group to have an disscussion on the details.
As a leader, I tracked the progress we had made and assited with resolution of problems.
After about 4 weeks, we surpassed the targets and my manager was happy for our group performance.

Recently,a member of staff was suddenly taken ill when we were half way through trying to complete a difficult project for a client.That was particully stressful. But we still wanted to finish the project on time.
To achieved the task, I decided to volunteer to take on some part of his responsibilities with serious consideration.
Although it was stressful, I still remained clam and did all I can do for completing the project.
Finally, we made it. And I am pleased to say that I am a highly-effective worker when put under pressure.

整体系统是由软硬件共同构成，由硬件产生原始数据到软件进行业务处理，最终展示给用户
作为中间件组负责人，结合日志，组织部门同事讨论了可能出现问题的步骤
同时硬件部门也在积极核查是否是硬件的原因
并立刻派实施组到现场进行测试验证出现问题的步骤
Result：
我们通力协作，最终找到了问题原因，并进行了修改，后续程序一直平稳运行。
英文描述
I can recall a situation when I have worked with other people to complete a difficult task.
One day, a client called to say that they couldn't get real-time business data from our system. Real-time data is important for our client.So we need to find out why this problem occured and solve it immediately.
Our system was based on two important parts, one is hardware that we built on our own and the other is software.
As part of software team, I got the logs and had a discussion with our group to find out which part might be wrong.
Also,our hardware team were trying to check the hardware with their professional knowledge.
Meanwhile, the implement engineer arrived at the customer's site and made a test for resolving the problem.
As a result of working together , we finally solve the error and maintained smooth operation for our system.
