怎样设置gephi可画大规模网络图形

(1)编辑gephi.conf

文件夹:etcgephi.conf

默认512MB。你能够改为22GB,约22528M

(2)报错:JVM CREATION FAILED

系统可用内存不足。

2G内存,32位java虚拟机这个值最大仅仅能增大到814,否则报错“JVM Creation failed”,gephi无法启动。官方说2G内存能够设置到1300m的,另外,官方说要大于1.5G memory要使用64为版本号的java虚拟机。因此,眼下这个问题还有待进一步研究。

(3)获取OpenOrd插件

这个插件可控制超过100万节点的网络图。论文见:

(4)并行计算

OpenOrd实现了并行计算。每一个线程都可对一系列数据进行操作。线程个数比核数少一,比方四核,则最多执行三个线程。
