POI上传，导入excel文件到服务器1

首先说一下所使用的POI版本3.8，需要用的的Jar包：

dom4j-1.6.1.jar
poi-3.8-20120326.jar
poi-ooxml-3.8-20120326.jar
poi-ooxml-schemas-3.8-20120326.jar
poi-scratchpad-3.8-20120326.jar
xmlbeans-2.3.0.jar

web前端页面：

action:填写请求地址；

 enctype="multipart/form-data"：一定要带上，要不然后台获取不到文件的字节流；
