说明：

  1. Purpose. Remove extra spaces from text.
  2. Text with extra spaces removed.
  3. =TRIM (text)
  4. text - The text from which to remove extra space.
  5. TRIM strips extra spaces from text, leaving only single spaces between words and no space characters at the start or end of the text.
