博客文章里已经明确了RC2 是一个真正的RC版本，就在5月中旬发布，也就是下周了。 RTM 版本是6月底，时间表如下：
- .NET Core and ASP.NET Core 1.0 RC2 runtime and libraries will be available in mid-May.
- Tooling will be Preview 1 and bundled with this release.
- .NET Core and ASP.NET Core 1.0 RTM (release) runtime and libraries will be available by the end of June.We will continue to make changes and stabilize the tooling until it RTMs with Visual Studio “15”.
- Tooling will be Preview 2 and bundled with this release.
但是工具链还是Preview 1，正式发布要等到Visual Studio“15”，这个时间可是要等到年底了，还是要社区多参与微软团队加快进度才行。
RC2 这次统一了框架和工具链，RC2 不仅仅是构建asp.net core,还可以构建控制台，服务端应用程序啦。开发工具都是CLI的，支持Visual Studio 和 Visual Studio Code。.NET Core RC2还有一个很关键的.NET Standard。
