更新32位Spyder从3.0.0-> 3.2.3

It works!!

1. went to the Anaconda Navigator > click on the 'gear' of the Spyder > Update application. It worked the update perfectly. 

2. conda install spyder=3.3.0未成功找到对应的32位Spyder
