使用的是TortoiseSVN;

下面会有跟着几个冲突的文件.

估计是主线上某个文件/目录 被别人删除并提交了, 更新之后导致冲突. 然后SVN不允许合并;

解决方案: 删除这个文件/目录 然后提交, 这时实际上主线SVN里已经删除了这个文件目录, 你的提交内容会为空.之后就可以合并了.
