WebLogic: console 启动慢解决办法

找到WebLogic使用的JDK目录。

修改java_home/jre/lib/security/java.security文件：

     将seucrerandom.source=file:/dev/urandom 修改为：seucrerandom.source=file:/dev/./urandom
