服务异常，请过5分钟再提交

 今天在调试电话计费的时候，一直出现“910（分机号）提交失败：The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.”

这个错误并非“渠道凭证”中的密钥错误，而是本地时间与服务器的时间不对的问题。所以将电脑时间修改为当前正确时间即可。
