1. 创建按钮：

　　（1）添加引用：Imports DevExpress.XtraEditors.ButtonsPanelControl

　　（2）添加按钮语句：GroupControl1.CustomHeaderButtons.Add(New GroupBoxButton("显示的名称", Nothing))
