Unknown or unsupported command 'install'

由于电脑中存在多个python，导致pip install numpy出现标题这样的错误

结局方案;

在想要的python文件夹中的Scripts，shift右键点开命令行，pip.exe install 。。。。

例如 D:pythonScripts> pip.exe install numpy
