因为提示：com.android.support:appcompat-v7:29.+ 没有；

打开 build.gradle 》》

将

    ~~implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:29.+'~~
    替换为
    implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0-rc01'
