ORA12516：解决方案

一台机器上面安装了许多服务，连接其中一个库的时候报错啦。ORA-12516：监听程序找不到符合协议堆栈要求的可用处理程 

网上搜索了一些帖子，大体知道会话数超过了服务的最大限制，修改processes和session

select count(*) from v$process;                         查询目前的进程数

登陆sqlplus -> show parameter processes和show parameter sessions查看processes和session

修改processes和session语句：

alter system set processes=300 scope=spfile;

alter system set sessions=335 scope=spfile;

修改完成之后一定要重新启动服务，负责无效
