问题出现的原因：创建tableView时使用的style是UITableViewStylePlain
解决办法：
在创建tableView时，self.automaticallyAdjustsScrollViewInsets = NO;
官方文档是这么写的：

Set to NO if you want to manage scroll view inset adjustments yourself, such as when there is more than one scroll view in the view hierarchy.原因二：创建tableView时使用的style是UITableViewStyleGrouped，那么会为footer自动预留位置。
由于此原因，使用上面方法的话是没有用的。需要设置footer的height值为0.001，及无限接近0但是直接赋值为0的话也没有作用。

具体原因还没没明白。
