Weaknesses:
* HP 1010 Printer is not working(Not able to print with HP Deskjet 1010 and macOS Big Sur)
Solution: Download a very old driver for OS X10.6 for HP and it worked. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-deskjet-1010-printer-series/5157543/model/5157545?ssfFlag=true&sku=
Download will got a 'HP Easy Start.app', install it.
* Parallels Desktop for Mac compatibility with macOS 11 Big Sur – Known and Resolved Issues
Solution: Remove Parallels, use back to VMware, 'VMware_Fusion_Pro_12.1.0_Build_17195230__macwk.com'
It working great for Windows XP. (verified date 2021-01-14)

Your Mac Sounds will broken, one of the sound broken after I upgraded to Big Sur :( very likely caused by the system upgrade action.
