去掉CAJViewer广告的方法

我的文档 > My eBooks：里面有ad0.xml、event.xml、help.xml三个文件，分别将它们打开并清空其中内容，保存关闭，最后将此三个文件属性都设为只读，重新打开CAJViewer，广告消失，done！
