 主要用于homeassistant中的TTS语音播报

VLC配置完成后，不能从蓝牙耳机发出声音，但是使用VLC音乐播放器播放本地mp3文件的时候是可以从蓝牙耳机发生的，VLC播放器有切换输出方式的选项；

arguments: '--alsa-audio-device=hw:1,0' 

上面这个yaml的配置参数貌似没有什么作用，改成其他的也不会影响声音播放。

有个很好的情况，就是连接蓝牙后播放器自动从蓝牙耳机发出声音，但是tts的语音依然从有线HDMI（转VGA和音频）耳机发出声音。
