Window > Preferences > General > Appearance中设置主题颜色。
Help > eclipse marketplace > find > imput cdt，then select Eclipse c/c++ ide cdt 9.2 (neon 2)
then,download gcc,I choose tdm-gcc 5.1.0 ,where http://tdm-gcc.tdragon.net/download
设置环境变量，修改make.exe（eclipse默认用make创建项目）
对整个workspace进行统一的文件编码进行设置：
Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Text file encoding
重启exlipse
