Outlook 2003 不能保存password

今天一个同事拿回来他自己的手提电脑，说outlook2003不能保存password。google到microsoft的一个kb：http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290684，不行，再找了很久，找到这个：

具体方法：

找到注册表中的HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders，里面只有Local AppData，没有AppData，于是新建一个字符串值AppData，值设为“%userprofile%\Application Data”。重启outlook。

上面的连接说的是Shell Folders，可我的Shell Folders里有AppData，而User Shell Folders里没有，试着增加一个，居然成了。
