Permutation Palindrome

Given a string, determine if a permutation of the string could form a palindrome.

For example,
"code" -> False, "aab" -> True, "carerac" -> True.

Analyse: use hash map

Analyse: use A[ch]. There are 128 characters in ASCII, we can convert a char to int automatically.
