纠错能力:

L级 : 约可纠错7%的数据码字

M级:约可纠错15%的数据码字

Q级:约可纠错25%的数据码字

$text :二维码内容,$outfile:二维码保存文件名称,$level:纠错级别,$size:二维码大小,$margin:边框.$saveandprint是否在浏览器输出并保存为文件,(bug:需要将qrencode.php $saveandprint =false改掉);
