ubuntu16.04安装库、插件报错：

安装一些插件、库，遇到报错

解决办法：

pip install 插件名 -i 国内镜像地址 http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com,

举例：

pip install  pytest -i  http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
