向ASM磁盘组添加新的磁盘的时候，报了以下错误：

解决方法：
使用sysasm身份登陆
# su - grid $ sqlplus '/as sysasm' SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Sat Dec 26 10:46:39 2015 Copyright (c) 1982, 2013, Oracle. All rights reserved.
