GitHub注册时，出现的问题:Unable to verify your captcha response

在访问GitHub网站https://github.com/，进行注册GitHub账号

错误:

解决方案：

>> 以管理员身份运行cmd

>>重置用户策略（执行后无返回值）：rd /s /q "%windir%System32GroupPolicyUsers"

>> 重置本地组策略（计算机配置和用户配置）（执行后无返回值）：rd /s /q "%windir%System32GroupPolicy"

>>强制更新命令让上述重置操作生效（执行成功后会有提示）: gpupdate /force
