不知道，这是否意味着，Visual Studio.net2003的特别版并可能加入了对智能客户端的支持，因为手头没有这个版本，所以也不清楚，支持力度是是有所加强，更不清楚，是否是我理解上的问题。
升级后有什么好处？这个并没有看到有地方提及，在微软的网站上，只是如下介绍：
"Visual Studio .NET 2003 专业特别版使开发人员可以使用熟悉的 Visual Basic 技术和许多可重用的、独立于浏览器的 Web 控件快速创建数据驱动的 Web 应用程序。 使用 Visual Studio .NET 和 ASP.NET 构建的 Web 应用程序可以享受到如下好处：性能、可靠性、安全性和可伸缩性得到提高。"
但目前可以确定的是，这个版本中，包括了：Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition及SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition，虽然这两个版本仅被授权进行开发与测试，但相信对大多人而言，应该已经够了。
